We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall completeness of our products. You will collaborate with developers, quality engineers, product owners and business managers to make our products easier to use.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update end-user documentation in English according to internal company standards
- Create and update end-user video tutorials in English
- Translate the documentation to Polish
- Coordinate the translation process into other languages
- Ensure correctness and tonal consistency of the documentation
- Cooperate with Product Owners, Developers and UX Designers to clarify feature details and specifications
- Take the lead in documentation projects
- Share your knowledge and best practices with the company
Required:
- Technical writing experience from a software development company
- Fluent English, excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills to prepare easy-to-read text in plain English
- Experience with version control systems (Git and/or SVN)
- Knowledge of BPM
- Familiarity with markup languages, technical writing technologies and trends
Nice to have:
- Experience in working with SCRUM teams
- Knowledge about ISO standards
- Knowledge about MES, CMMS software systems
