We are looking for a Business Development Manager in Germany to support ANT in consulting B2B sales of complex enterprise software and SaaS solutions within the DACH region.
Your tasks:
- Lead generation in the manufacturing industry
- Establishing contacts with potential customers and maintaining positive relationships with acquired and existing customers
- Selling software products (Industry 4.0, MES class) and integration and implementation services for the manufacturing industry
- Analysing customers’ needs and expectations
- Conducting presentations and business meetings
- Gathering the customer’s business requirements and defining the business scope within the presales processes (Smart Calling Methodology)
- Preparation of offers
- Supporting marketing activities in the DACH region (website, Linkedin, Xing, SEO).

About you:
- Degree in IT, engineering, a comparable degree or training in one of the fields with appropriate further training to become a technician
- High sales competence, at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or product ownership of IT systems (e.g. ERP, MES, WMS) and lead generation
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Linkedin, Sales Navigator, Xing
- Communication skills and ease in building rapport with customers
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Very good German and English skills (at least B2)
- Class B driving licence
