🇩🇪 Business Development Manager in Munich / Deutschland

ANT and BBS, as providers of IT systems for monitoring and controlling production lines, form a harmonious duo in the implementation of high-end solutions. We are looking for a Business Development Manager in Germany to support ANT in consulting B2B sales of complex enterprise software and SaaS solutions within the DACH region.

Your tasks:

  • Lead generation in the manufacturing industry
  • Establishing contacts with potential customers and maintaining positive relationships with acquired and existing customers
  • Selling software products (Industry 4.0, MES class) and integration and implementation services for the manufacturing industry
  • Analysing customers’ needs and expectations
  • Conducting presentations and business meetings
  • Gathering the customer’s business requirements and defining the business scope within the presales processes (Smart Calling Methodology)
  • Preparation of offers
  • Supporting marketing activities in the DACH region (website, Linkedin, Xing, SEO).

About you:

  • Degree in IT, engineering, a comparable degree or training in one of the fields with appropriate further training to become a technician
  • High sales competence, at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or product ownership of IT systems (e.g. ERP, MES, WMS) and lead generation
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Linkedin, Sales Navigator, Xing
  • Communication skills and ease in building rapport with customers
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Native German and at least B2 English skills
  • Class B driving licence
