Today, we are thrilled to announce the start of our partnership with Nippon Seiki®, a leading producer and designer of Head Up Displays. Together, we will integrate our ANT Smart Factory suite, which includes our MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System), with Nippon Seiki’s® production line. In addition, we focus on the full Traceability and Machine Control module that enables us to control the line and set setpoints straight to the automation level.
This implementation will provide Nippon Seiki® with enhanced visibility and control over its manufacturing processes, helping to reduce costs and improve operational performance. We are confident that this partnership will lead to great success for both companies and provide valuable benefits to end customers.
Among the many systems on the market, why did you choose ANT as your solution provider?
ANT MES system content is ready to fulfil all requirements ACC to IATF1694 and VDA standards and customizations are limited mainly to company-unique aspects.
Our goal was to have a product that was developed and check in the automotive industry and is ready to fulfil all standards which are specific for the automotive industry without additional functionalities development. Additionally, ANT Solution guarantees a high level of SLA support and support 24/7 if needed.
During the sourcing process and meetings with suppliers, we saw that only ANT Solution even during the offer preparation phase provides very good support and can provide all needed information when they are needed without waiting on answers. Only ANT Solution provided an offer with fixed cost & timing and competitive project cost.
An additional benefit that was on the top of our wish list was connected with almost online support during specification preparation and clarification which allows us to limit to minimum time on specification preparation, negotiations and contract signing.
What benefits do you expect from the implementation of the project, what has been your biggest issue so far that you want to eliminate with the ANT system?
For sure top of our targets are robust data online, based on data analysis, improved line output, faster decisions, improved production information flow between all departments and good quality of support when needed.

We are incredibly excited about our partnership with Nippon Seiki®. By integrating our ANT Smart Factory suite with their production line, Nippon Seiki will be able to improve the accuracy and traceability of production data, resulting in higher quality products and reduced waste. Deep integration with PLC will speed up the changeover process. The ANT WMS will monitor the current stock of the products and components on the shop floor to give better visibility and bottlenecks between machines.
