For our main office ANT in Krakow, we are currently seeking a Key Account Manager to start immediately.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting presentations and business meetings.
- Analyzing customer needs and requirements.
- Visiting customers at their factories or conducting teleconferences.
- Guiding customers through the production process, identifying issues, proposing solutions and our products, and ultimately preparing offers.
- Building long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.

We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a degree in IT, engineering, automation, sales, economics, or production management.
- Has at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales and selling IT systems.
- Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is welcomed (e.g., MES, ERP, WMS, CMMS).
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills and ease in building client relationships.
- Possesses strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Is proficient in MS Office or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Works well in a team.
- Has a very good command of English at least at a B2 level.
- Holds a valid driver’s license (category B).
