The data processing process is visualization with product qualification engages the production crew to detailed data control thanks to the graphic visualization of components. Each product is connected with limits and values or statistic samples. The system indicates tendencies to exceeding limit values and register them with a description of reasons. There is also an option of escalation of limit values exceed with stopping the whole production line. On the basis of quality control data, the system decides of rejecting the product, redirects it to reparation or changing quality class.
All quality parameters, indicators, and quality control results are saved in the database. The system imports of product quality parameters from ERP, PLM or other systems with settings of test device parameters for each product. All measuring data is registered and connected with the traceability database. The results of quality control and SPC measurements are reported on charts, diagrams with an option of export to Excel spreadsheets. All data can be copied to the spare database with measurement indicators and archived for many years.

ANT: Traceability uses tracking and registration of batch production to monitor production efficiency. Being integrated with ERP, the system tracks raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products using barcode or RFID labels in an automated or standardized way. The identification of products is based on logistic conveyors labeling: pallets, collection containers, transport pallets. Traceability prevents permanent marking of the product or conveyors with a label or RFID tag verifying the process correctness and admission for further operations on the basis of the traceability data collected: product rejection, return to a new operation, redirection to a corrective operation or additional quality control.
