ANT: Quality & SPC is a set of solutions that includes comprehensive management of the quality control process that takes place during production.

The quality and process control is essential to provide consistent, defect-free products to a Client. The system ensures automation of the execution of scenarios of tests and their connection with the production.

AOS: Quality & SPC ensures process stability measuring (SPC) that may be handled of measuring tools on operator stations (e.g. Bluetooth calipers).

The objective of the system’s implementation is to automate the control process as far as possible, introduce procedures to ensure reliable and timely control, direct assessment and qualitative qualification, as well as document and record the process. The system allows for automatic reporting of process tests, defects and it’s causes based on data from industrial automatics. The client settles quality criteria scenarios in case of the necessity to control in quantity, time or quality intervals. Each criterion may be saved in the measurement laboratory.


Thanks to this solution you can reach automatically all necessary data from the technology process. It allows on registration of repeatable registration procedures in the system. All data can be filled up with particular measurements, test results, pictures or movies. Registration of data entered by the operators ensures automatic reading from measuring tools, measurement authorization by an authorized specialist logged in by ID card.

The system reminds of quality control registering factors such as time, the number of controls or production cycles. It may also force to carry out of the process.

Controlled products may be visualized with marked places of the control thanks to interactive applications with entering data options. Samples registration and marking options before sending them to the laboratory.

Mobile Inspections

Solution for using mobile devices or tablets to entering quality control data during flight inspections. Allows on control of raw materials, packages or ready products stored in magazines. The module supports control and distribution of even high level of complication products such as automotive industry components.

Processing & Visualization

The data processing process is visualization with product qualification. This solution engages the production crew to detailed data control thanks to the graphic visualization of components. Each product is connected with limits and values or statistic samples. The system indicates tendencies to exceeding limit values and register them with a description of reasons.

There is also an option of escalation of limit values exceed with stopping the whole production line. On the basis of quality control data, the system decides of rejecting the product, redirects it to reparation or changing quality class.

Quality Registration

Database of quality parameters, indicators, and quality control results. The module imports of product quality parameters from ERP, PLM or other systems with settings of test device parameters for each product. All measuring data is registered and connected with the traceability database.

The results of quality control and SPC measurements are reported on charts, diagrams with an option of export to Excel spreadsheets. All data can be copied to the spare database with measurement indicators and archived for many years.

Sampling and ensuring correctness

Automatic acquisition of measurement data in continuous mode, test runs, photographs, supplementing quality data with individual measurements.


Import of quality parameters of products from ERP, PLM or other systems, reporting of quality control results, SPC measurements.
