From now on, the manufacturing process may be launched on the machines. All operational and process data are collected directly from the automation level (any PLC driver) and operator.
Once the current production is finished, the system proceeds an automatic changeover process by sending new machine setpoints or program itself directly to the PLC driver. Smart Factory significantly reduces errors and time spent during changeovers.
