For our ANT head office in Cracow, we are looking for a New Business Specialist with German native with immediate effect.
- Conducting market research to identify potential customers, industries.
- Developing and executing strategies to acquire new business, such as identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
- Smart calling and emailing potential clients to generate interest in the MES system
- Generating leads through various channels such as mailing, conferences and social media outreach.
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients.
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of the system.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop presentations, offers and pitches for new business opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive database of leads and clients.
- Working daily with CRM.

- Native German language or C1/C2
- Degree in business, marketing or IT
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation min. 2 years (experience in IT system would be a plus)
- Communication skills and ease in building a relationship with the customer
- Demonstrates a persistent approach, coupled with creative thinking and well organizational skills
- Very good knowledge of English min. B2
