Key Customer Support Engineer

 

Work in the ANT implementation department specializing in the implementation of MES class systems. Work at the company’s headquarters in Krakow or hybrid, minimum 1/2 full-time work is allowed.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •     Monitoring the operation of solutions provided by ANT.
  •     Customer support in solving problems.
  •     Support for internal tests.
  •     Handling system requests from the customer

 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  •     Education – during studies in the 3rd year of computer science, automation, telecommunications
  •     Knowledge of the basics of any scripting language
  •     Basic knowledge of SQL syntax
  •     Knowledge of spoken and written English at level B2
  •     Ability to solve problems
  •     Communicativeness
  •     Excellent work organization
  •     High motivation, commitment

 

NICE TO HAVE:

  •     Basic knowledge of issues in the field of industrial automation systems.
  •     Willingness to develop in web technologies (TypeScript/React/NodeJS).
  •     Technical school graduate
