Key Account Manager

For our main office ANT in Krakow, we are currently seeking a Key Account Manager to start immediately.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting presentations and business meetings.
  • Analyzing customer needs and requirements.
  • Visiting customers at their factories or conducting teleconferences.
  • Guiding customers through the production process, identifying issues, proposing solutions and our products, and ultimately preparing offers.
  • Building long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a degree in IT, engineering, automation, sales, economics, or production management.
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales and selling IT systems.
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is welcomed (e.g., MES, ERP, WMS, CMMS).
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills and ease in building client relationships.
  • Possesses strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Is proficient in MS Office or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Works well in a team.
  • Has a very good command of English at least at a B2 level.
  • Holds a valid driver’s license (category B).
