Business Development Manager / Poland

For our ANT head office in Cracow, we are looking for a Business Development Manager with immediate effect

Your tasks:

  • Working with sales opportunities
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Active acquisition of new customers
  • Conducting presentations and business meetings
  • Analyzing the needs and requirements of customers
  • Visit the client at the factory or do the teleconference
  • Ability to go through the production process with the client, identify problems, propose solutions and our products, and finally prepare an offer
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Preparing binding offers and contracts
  • Taking part in industry conferences

About you:

  • Degree in IT, engineering, automation, sales, economics or production management
  • Experience in B2B sales, lean / digitalization / production management or product ownership of IT systems (f.e. ERP, MES, WMS, CMMS), min. 2 years
  • Communication skills and ease in building a relationship with the customer
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • High teamwork skills
  • Very good knowledge of English min. B2
  • Driving license cat. B
